7TH PATH™ SELF-HYPNOSIS
7th Path™ Self-Hypnosis is a special form of self-hypnosis that encourages you to incorporate your own highest spiritual or philosophical beliefs.
You will find that the process is simple, yet profound in its ability to help you move along in life, moving you past old blockages to success.
1. Mind-Body-Spirit : More powerful than any other systems of self-hypnosis.
2. Deprogramming : 7th Path™ first removes old erroneous beliefs that have been accepted through the years that are causing problems in your life. (Usually based on childhood perceptions). It goes beyond any other form of self-hypnosis because it finds the problematic limiting beliefs that you were unaware of. It neutralizes them, leaving you more receptive for specific suggestions for changes in your life!
3. Affect Based : 7th Path™ is the first affect based self-hypnosis system. It will trigger and resolve emotions that have been repressed and are driving problem behaviors such as bad habits and addictions.
4. Insight Therapy : 7th Path™ is the very first self-hypnosis process that is also insight therapy. It will provide insight to those who practice which will provide long term changes in your life.
The 7th Path™ process helps to bring you into better balance, freeing yourself from old stressors that have been taxing you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. You can also expect to experience a reduction in stress and anxiety.
For example, if you wanted to lose weight you would benefit from the 7th Path™ practice. Consciously and subconsciously, behaviors that lead to good health would be reinforced and painful emotions such as anger, guilt and fear, which can cause compulsive eating (drinking, smoking, etc.) would be eliminated.
7th Path™ is not a therapy. It is a process that automatically clears the human system of erroneously held beliefs and its disease making side effects. Continued practice of the 7th Path™ system along with other healthy practices (such as proper diet and exercise) keeps you free of these unnecessary energy tapping stressors.
